Clinical Consultations
My practice is rooted in witnessing the body-mind-spirit.
My wisdom tradition considers each person through a holistic lens.
The plants, themselves guide me in my most deeply relied-upon skill: presence, built upon the foundation of somatic embodiment, a mind-body integrated healing practice.
We address your body’s terrain with a holistic intake, a somatic embodiment practice, and an energy work integration that invites the body, mind, and spirit to work with the plant formulas and somatic embodiment methods custom to you.
What to expect when we work together…
As a Clinical Herbalist and Somatic Healing Practitioner, I integrate the therapeutic power of plants with nervous system therapy and embodied practices to support whole-person wellness. My approach combines evidence-based traditional herbalism with an understanding of physiology, trauma, and stress patterns, offering personalized herbal formulations, nutritional guidance, and lifestyle practices to help regulate the nervous system, restore vitality, and build resilience.
Through somatic integration and holistic plant medicine, I guide individuals in reconnecting with the body’s innate wisdom, releasing stored tension, and cultivating a sense of balance and embodiment. This work is not just about healing—it’s about honoring and validating your intuitive knowing. By blending evidence-based somatic practices with herbal support, I help you navigate stress, trauma, and self-discovery with mindfulness and self-trust, fostering sustainable well-being from the inside out.
Our work together follows a three-tiered approach:
We begin with a thorough clinical intake conversation, where I learn about your healing goals and health history.
You are held in a Guided Somatic Mindfulness Practice (or Felt Sense Focusing), an embodiment process for accessing your body’s innate wisdom through deep somatic listening and nervous system regulation.
We complete the session with an energy work integration. You relax on the massage table and receive a restorative, energetic alignment, allowing your system to integrate the work.
We can work together to address:
Anxiety/depression
Emotional stability
Food and seasonal allergy
Gut health issues
Inflammatory markers
Generational trauma
Chronic illness and pain
Autoimmune disease
Chronic disease comfort and care
and more
Rates & Alternative Payment:
I resist the system of a patriarchal, consumeristic and capitalistic approach as the way to access wholistic health care. Herbalism is, by practice, unlicensed in an effort to keep our medicine in the hands of the people and the soil of the earth.
I offer this work as an exchange that makes sense between you and me, whether it is cash, barter, or trade. In our local community and beyond, there are abundant ways and means of supporting one another that are things I'd otherwise need to spend money to access: home grown food, meal prep, childcare, hand me downs, music and voice lessons, gardening assistance, bodywork and on and on. If you are interested in this option of exchange for services, before we meet, we will discuss an exchange that works for both of us and commit to this exchange.
