Flower essences are plant medicines that directly address balance through the vibrational and energetic fields. They differ from essential oils and herbal tinctures, which address change through the physical body. While all imbalances and diseases are related to the physical, emotional, spiritual, and energetic fields, flower essences have an entry point in the energetic field.
How do Flower Essences Work?
Flower Essences guide the energetic field toward balance in mental and emotional well-being.

In our modern industrial capitalistic world of rush and demand, we have become disconnected from the ability to listen to this inner “voice,” the voice that whispers solutions and offers guidance. This voice arises in different ways in each of us. It is sometimes referred to as Interoception (S.C. Sherrington), the Murky Zone, the Felt Sense (E. Gendlin), or intuition. Behavioral science suggests that you may be accessing a deep intelligence whose origins are more mysterious than previously thought. In this course, you will practice noticing and listening to your inner “voice” and affirming that it matters.
